Ewan Campbell, Consultant

Ewan joined us in 2021 as a Consultant with over 25 years experience practicing Family Law in the Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland.  He worked in Aberdeen for 15 years where he was a Partner in a multi disciplinary firm before relocating to Edinburgh, where he has practiced since 2010.

Ewan is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as an Specialist in Family Law and he has a wealth of experience advising clients on all aspects of Family law including divorce and separation and child law matters.

Ewan has been representing clients in and out of court for more than two decades. He is adept at constructively resolving matters and consistently gets referrals from his existing clients who value his approachable manner, responsiveness and ability to deliver pragmatic, solution focused advice. 

Ewan has represented clients in relation to financial claims on divorce and separation, cohabitation claims and child welfare related matters including residence, contact and specific issue, relocation, cases. Since moving to Edinburgh Ewan has regularly been involved in Court of Session cases, as well as working in the Sheriff Court where he routinely undertakes his own advocacy.
