What is the law on surrogacy in Scotland?

Robert Gilmour and Rachael Kelsey will be speaking at a workshop run by the UK and Ireland Family Law Institute and the Association of Clinical Embryologists at 1GC, Lincolns Inn, London today. Over 70 embryologists, nurses, laboratory directors and other HFEA licensed clinic employees will be taking part in the day long training on law, practice and policy. Rachael and Robert will be speaking on the Scots Law issues arising from the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008- in particular the recent declarator of parentage cases, surrogacy in Scotland and more generally differences within the UK.
