What is family law arbitration in Scotland?

Rachael Kelsey is speaking this afternoon at the CIArb (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators) Scottish Branch Dispute Resolution Conference 2017. She will be speaking about dispute resolution models in family law and then chairing a roundtable discussion on arbitration in family law, with particular reference to the FLAGS (Family Law Arbitration Group Scotland) model, which she helped create.
