We are hosting lecture by Sir James Munby

SKO Family Law Specialists is delighted to be hosting a lecture today by Sir James Munby, President of the Family Division and Head of Family Justice, England and Wales, "Changing families: family law yesterday, today and tomorrow – a view from south of the Border”.
Sir James is known for the diligence with which he exercises his judicial function and the candour with which he expresses his judgments. His time as President has been marked by his dedication to the improvement of the delivery of justice, both procedural and substantive. Most particularly, he is known for doing right by all users of the family court system, including, in his own words, “occasions … where doing “right” includes speaking truth to power”.
We are pleased to welcome Sir James to Edinburgh and look forward to his lecture.
