We act in child abduction case at UK Supreme Court

SKO are acting pro bono for the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) who have today been given leave to intervene in the Supreme Court case, In the matter of NY (A Child) (AP) UKSC 2019/0145. The IAFL will provide information to the court on the application of Article 18 of the Hague Child Abduction Convention 1980 in jurisdictions around the world. The hearing will take place on the 18th of July 2019.
