Separation agreements in Scotland: what about third parties?

Rachael Kelsey has been in Hong Kong speaking and teaching on Private Financial Adjudication. She took part in a panel discussion speaking on arbitration and other DR in family law matters, in a worldwide context. She and her fellow panellists were introduced by The Honourable Chief Justice Geoffrey Ma, Chief Justice of Hong Kong who spoke along with The Honourable Mr Justice Lam, Richard Todd QC and Suzanne Kingston. Over the following two days Rachael was one of the trainers of the first cohort of senior practitioners- counsel and solicitors- who will be developing a Private Financial Adjudication model for family cases in Hong Kong.
