Rachael Kelsey spoke for the Law Society of Scotland today about the family law issues that arise from Brexit when it comes to jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of court orders.
Rachael was the family lawyer on the panel, which also included solicitors and counsel from commercial and corporate practice, and data protection, brought together to discuss the key aspects to keep in mind, and common questions around changes, recognition and enforcement in the post-transition period.
