Rachael Kelsey invited to speak at Academy of European Law

Rachael Kelsey has spoken today at the prestigious ERA Annual Conference on European Family Law in Trier. Rachael was speaking on the consequences of Brexit for families and children, where there are cross-border connections. Her presentation focused on jurisdiction in divorce and financial matters and then the recognition and enforcement of such orders.
The conference presenters came from across the spectrum of European Family Law, including leading academics, a Judge of the Austrian Supreme Court, the Legal Secretary of the European Court of Justice, the head of the Czech Republic Central Authority and practitioners.
