Rachael Kelsey and John West spoke at the only family law session at the Annual Conference of the Law Society of Scotland today. They were speaking in the, 'Post-Brexit implications for family law: UK cross border and international considerations' session and looked at the implications for the new Scottish regime for jurisdiction, post the end of the transition period and how that interacts with the changes in England and Wales and the issues that arise when trying to enforce court orders within the UK.
