Private pre-nups in Scotland

Alison Edmondson is today speaking at The Seduction Conference, hosted by the Institute for Academic Development, University of Edinburgh. Her paper is “White Weddings and Black Letter Law: Sex, Power and Money in pre-marriage contracts”. She will consider the competing concerns of privacy, individual autonomy and legal regulation in the context of formation of pre-marriage contracts and later challenges to them.
