John West presented on a webinar today with Alexis Campbell QC and Jane Mitchell of Pennington Manches. They were discussing the recent Supreme Court case, Villiers v Villiers. As well as talking about the ramifications of the decision in Anglo/Scottish matters they looked at what was likely to happen at the end of the Brexit transition period on 31st December 2020.
