Great results for SKO lawyers in Chambers HNW Guide 2020

Two of only three named Scottish lawyers in Chambers and Partners UK High Net Worth Guide 2020 are from SKO. The Guide is independent and ranks lawyers on the basis of peer review, identifying the top practitioners and firms for international private wealth. Individual lawyers are ranked in their practice-area on the basis of their legal knowledge and experience, ability, effectiveness and client-service.
The Guide notes of Rachael Kelsey and John West,
‘One source says Rachael Kelsey is "the go-to person for any Anglo-Scottish cases." Commentators say that "Rachael engages positively and nothing is too much bother for her; her work is always a tour de force," adding that she "conveys gravitas and gets results; clients are terrifically satisfied with her approach."
John West is "particularly helpful with overseas issues and issues of domicile," a source says. Clients say he is "absolutely meticulous in everything he does and does not miss a trick."
