Family law arbitration in Scotland

Rachael Kelsey, one of the founders, and now Treasurer, of FLAGS (Family Law Arbitration Group Scotland) has been co-opted onto the Committee of the Scottish Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators for a third year. Her appointment recognises the close relationship between CIArb and FLAGS and the extent to which family law arbitration is valued as a significant part of the dispute resolution landscape in Scotland.
