Catriona Laidlaw has written for the ICFLPP Journal on child abduction and the wrongful retention of children from England to Scotland, and the enforcement of English court orders in Scotland. You can find her contribution to Volume 9 of the Journal at page 17.
Catriona and her colleagues are experienced in dealing with child abduction matters when children are wrongfully removed from Scotland, or retained in Scotland when they are habitually resident elsewhere in the UK or overseas. SKO are one of the few firms in Scotland who have significant experience of dealing with matters under the Hague Child Abduction Convention and are instructed by the Scottish Government in such matters.
