Does my spouse have a claim on my business? That was the topic addressed by Alison Edmondson speaking to private client advisers at today's Law Society of Scotland conference in Glasgow. Alison lectured on the nature of claims on family businesses in divorce cases and then participated in a panel session with tax and family business advisers.
