Are family lawyers biased?

Rachael Kelsey has been invited to speak at the Commonwealth Lawyers Association Conference in Zambia. Speaking on, “Managing bias in our roles as lawyers, mediators, arbitrators (and judges)’, she will be on a panel with Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya from Lagos and Richard Mugisha from Kigali. This will be the 21st CLA Conference with the theme, “The Rule of Law in Retreat? Challenges for the Modern Commonwealth”.
