Alison Edmondson was invited to review recent caselaw on the role of experts valuing assets in divorce cases in the Journal of the Law Society of Scotland.
Much of Alison's work involves matters where valuation issues are key- whether property, shareholdings or investments. Her cases include matters in the Court of Session and Sheriff Court, and especially those that have tax and corporate issues.
