African family law conference

Rachael Kelsey has been asked to speak again at the African Family Law Conference in Cape Town, now in its 21st year. Rachael, as one of the founders of FLAGS (Family Law Arbitration Group Scotland) has spoken in previous years about family law arbitration, being one of the trainers for family arbitrators in South Africa, under the FLAFSA (Family Law Arbitration Forum of South Africa) scheme. This year however, as secretary of the IAFL (International Academy of Family Lawyers) she will be speaking with President, Nancy Berg, on the Hague Conventions and their potential in Africa.
